Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and materials to designated locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving and heavy equipment operation, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Duties
- Operate roll-off trucks safely and efficiently to transport waste and materials.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and waste management.
- Assist in basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
- Experience in commercial driving, particularly with roll-off trucks or similar heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for basic automotive repair tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
