Howitt Construction is a busy excavation company based out of Red Deer. We're looking for a local experienced excavator operator, to load rock trucks located approx 10 minutes west of Lacombe. Start is ASAP. Candidate must be willing to work out of town after this project.
Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.
Work Details
- 7 days a week, 7am to 6pm,
- Long weekends off (4 days),
- Must have own transportation to and from work,
- Must have valid WHMIS ticket.
Excavator Scope of Work:
- Minimum 4 years of excavator experience,
- Production loading rock trucks,
- Working around other heavy equipment & ground personnel.
- Complete walk arounds,
- Fuel and grease own machine.
PPE Requirements
- Steel toed boots,
- High visibility safety vest,
- Safety glasses,
- Hard hat,
- Gloves.
Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
