Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook for the Tempura Section to join our dynamic culinary team. This role involves preparing high-quality tempura dishes and supporting overall kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook tempura dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Tempura Section station
- Ensure all food handling complies with safety and sanitation regulations
- Support the kitchen team in meal preparation during busy service times
- Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure quality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, especially tempura cooking methods
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
