Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our indoor farm team as an Occasional Indoor Farm Help. This position offers flexible, part-time opportunities to assist with various farm operations in a controlled indoor environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in horticulture and farm maintenance, with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate various tools and equipment. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices and indoor agriculture.
Masks and PPE must be worn inside the facility at all times and will be provided by McCall Family Farms at no cost to the employees.

There will be more days in September and going forward.
We are looking for people who are passionate about high end cannabis.
$22/hour. 30-minute unpaid lunch break at 12:00 p.m. Work until the job is completed.
You are responsible for your own travel to the worksite.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pruning, harvesting, and dried crop trimming within the indoor farm setting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols during all activities, including heavy lifting and equipment operation
Experience
- No experience needed but the applicant must have a willingness to learn and be able to do repetitive tasks.
- This position is ideal for individuals interested in indoor farming techniques or seeking flexible work opportunities within a dynamic environment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Pay: $22.00 per hour
