Job Summary
We are seeking skilled painters
The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting disciplines, including residential and commercial painting. This role requires a strong understanding of construction and finishing techniques. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality results that meet client satisfaction and company standards.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with precision
- Perform construction painting in residential and commercial settings
- Operate rigging equipment as needed to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project requirements are met
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting environments
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and rigging equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights and handling chemicals
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- A vehicle is required for this job
