Job Summary

Duties
- Perform sugaring hair removal treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and safety
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care and product recommendations to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area before, during, and after services
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and other related items to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns
- Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Experience
- Prior experience in sugaring techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within a beauty or wellness setting is a plus
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for recommending products is valued
- A professional attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best are essential qualities for success in this role
