## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail store.
## Duties
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer purchases accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and address any issues promptly and professionally
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales revenue
- Assist with restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
## Requirements
- Proven experience in cashiering and sales roles.
Previous liquor store or Bar experience is asset
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or retail sales is an advantage
