We are looking for a licensed AZ Shunt Truck Operator to join us on an Afternoon Shift (Monday to Thursday from 3:00PM-1:30AM).
The Driver will be safely and efficiently moving trailers within the yard, shipping areas, and loading docks. This role ensures smooth flow of equipment, accurate trailer positioning, and adherence to all onsite safety procedures. The Driver will be expected to operate the delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures. The driver may also complete customer deliveries, as required.

What you will be doing:
- Perform trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety and roadworthiness
- Check vehicles before driving them to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
- Record and maintain required documentation
- Moving loaded and unloaded trailers between specified areas,
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks,
- Delivering customer orders, as required,
- Operating a forklift, as required,
- Other Duties as assigned
What does Whitebird require?
- A/Z License with a clean abstract and CVOR within the last 30 days,
- Forklift license, experience or a willingness to learn,
- 2 years experience driving
