We’re hiring a Receptionist / Wellness Coordinator for our Edmonton clinics.

Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience
- Provide information about services and products available to patients
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, maintaining accuracy in cash handling and transactions
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic to ensure a safe and inviting environment
- Address patient inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Outreach by phone, email and text message in a professional, friendly manner
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions and filing accurately and responsibly
- Passion for promoting health, wellness, and positive interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attitude with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules
