Role Summary
As the District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations in your assigned district and report directly to the Regional Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting and overseeing all company operations within your district.
- Ensure that all sites are managed effectively.
- Facilitate and/or ensure that training is provided to all new hires in your district.
- Manage and control company-owned property (such as uniforms, equipment, etc.)
- Supporting the Regional Manager as it relates to operations, client management, and more.
- Managing your workforce effectively and efficiently.
- Participate in company growth by effectively managing client relations.
- Scheduling employees in your district on a weekly basis.
- Maintaining an accurate schedule by ensuring changes are reflected in Track Tik.
- Covering shifts in emergency situations.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks (such as new hire paperwork, reports, forms, etc.)
- Seeing to client needs.
- Overseeing 20+ retail locations.
- Overseeing 50+ security personnel.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Security License
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Valid Driver's license and own vehicle is required
- Previous experience in security is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be proficient in the English language, spoken, written, and via electronics
- Willingness to attend meeting and trainings to improve skills
- Knowledgeable on safety processes and procedures
- Ability to lead with clear objectives.
- Prior management experience an asset
- Post secondary degree an asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
