Job Description
We're looking for energetic, passionate servers to join our front-of-house team. You love people, you thrive in a busy environment, and you take pride in delivering a dining experience guests will talk about. You don't just take orders, you read the table, anticipate needs, and make every guest feel like the only one in the room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, serve, and genuinely connect with guests from start to finish.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently through our Toast POS system.
- Support your FOH teammates to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and dining room.
- Handle opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Monitor stock levels and flag shortages to management.
- Carry your own float and tips per company procedures.
- Uphold our SOPs and food safety standards at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience (required)
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Cool under pressure, busy summers are our bread and butter.
- Strong communicator, team player, and natural problem-solver.
- Reliable transportation to Round Lake (we're cottage country, a car is a must).
- Available evenings and weekends, especially through summer/patio season.
