Service Department Appointment Coordinator:

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Valley Toyota as a Service Department Appointment Coordinator. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their service experience is top-notch from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage the incoming service appointment requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions. Coordinate appointment times based on the availability of our service technicians and the needs of the customers.
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and inquiries, addressing their questions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service appointments, customer details, and service histories using our scheduling and CRM software.
- Follow-up: After service completion, follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns they may have.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about routine vehicle maintenance and service intervals to promote proactive vehicle care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or appointment scheduling role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive terminology is advantageous but not required.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Reynold & Reynolds is a plus.
