Sea Pro Distribution is growing quickly, and we're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Bookkeeper who loves solving problems, streamlining systems, and keeping finances running smoothly.
This isn't just a data entry role—we're looking for someone who can think critically, integrate apps, improve workflows, and help build efficient processes as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and account reconciliation
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Managing customer invoicing and payment tracking
- Monthly financial reporting and updates
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- GST/PST preparation and organization
- Integrating and optimizing accounting and business apps
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems
- Assisting with inventory and operational reporting
- Supporting management with financial insights and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
- Comfortable learning and integrating new apps and software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and process-driven
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with inventory-based businesses or distribution companies
- Knowledge of app integrations and workflow automation
- Experience improving internal systems and processes
Location: Sidney, BC
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (flexible for the right candidate)
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
