Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon sales channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and expand our market presence on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of our Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop and implement strategies for product listings, including A+ content, SEO, and PPC, to maximize visibility and sales and ensuring alignment with Amazon's policies and guidelines
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, including PPC, display ads, and promotions.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies and trends, adapting strategies as necessary to maintain competitive edge.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, including advertising, listings optimization, and analytics.
- Proficient in using Amazon’s back-end tools, including FBA.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
