We are seeking reliable Team Members for our new location in Whitecourt, AB. We are hiring for FULL-TIME and PART-TIME positions, looking for individuals who operate well in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Position Overview:
As a Team Member, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Firehouse Subs, ensuring every guest receives excellent service and quality meals. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to maintain our strict operational standards and uphold our corporate mission of supporting public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve guests with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Accurately prepare and assemble food orders according to strict company standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the entire restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and the kitchen.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
- Comply strictly with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with staff to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned by the Shift Leader or General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to learn and execute standard operational procedures.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory.
