Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales role to lead and optimize our sales processes, drive business development initiatives, and support and grow an overall sales team across the North American market. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to influence company growth through process improvement, leadership, and project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, supervisory experience, and a passion for developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Compensation
This role is paid with a blend of a bi-weekly base salary with sales commissions and bonuses that are calculated and paid out quarterly. Standard 2 weeks vacation to start, plus the Christmas break. Some expenses covered, company clothes often provided as well.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to maximize revenue growth.
- Manage daily sales operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and operational processes.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual sales goals and team targets.
- Manage business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement within the sales department.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operational strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in Sales with a strong understanding of business development, operational efficiencies and fluent in Hubspot CRM use is mandatory.
- Demonstrate project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, this is a face paced multi-management sales roll that will require a broad spectrum of care and attention given to each sale.
- Leadership qualities with previous supervising or managerial experience in a sales environment - We are seeking an experienced leader who's ready to lead by example, create opportunities and stay focused on sales and growth targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and build client relationships - Your time is often spent working directly with the customer and various supply chains, wether it's leading sales calls and meetings or problem solving on the fly this role requires complete commitment to the process and client.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and Hubspot CRM system - Our communications CRM is at the backbone of our sales process, a crystal clear understanding is required and you will be looked upon to improve and reform the sales and outreach management model through time.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This position is integral to driving our company's growth trajectory by enhancing operational excellence within the sales function. We seek a proactive leader who thrives on challenge and innovation, ready to make a significant impact on our organization’s success - This role often requires being a 'jack of all' with a willingness to spring to action to keep a project on track or seize an opportunity.
- A general handiness and understanding of basic construction is certainly an asset, this role will also be relied upon to help chip in around the shop / warehouse, forklift use / loading and unloading of freight and be open to delivery or off site needs / various travel / promotional activations ect when required.
