Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Develop and customize subject areas, metrics, and data visualizations in FDI
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of reports
- Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Support enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions
- Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Recruitment, etc.)
- Experience in building dashboards and reports for HR analytics
- Strong understanding of HR KPIs, metrics, and workforce analytics
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and data validation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher for HCM reporting
- Exposure to data integration and Oracle Cloud ecosystem
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
