Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 tractor-trailer units safely and professionally.
- Perform local pickups and deliveries in Moncton and surrounding areas.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Complete required paperwork and electronic logs.
- Maintain communication with dispatch regarding schedules and deliveries.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
- Experience with container hauling is an asset.
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
