Landscape Maintenance Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing jobs such as mulch, sodding, topdressing, tree planting, etc.
- Responsible for efficiently and effectively working as a member of a team.
- Responsible for identifying enhancement opportunities when on site.
- Assist in loading, transport and safe operation of vehicles, equipment and machinery.
- Assist in general site maintenance when required.
- Communicate with foreperson, other maintenance crews, and managers to ensure sites are managed to highest standard.
- Responsible for participating in health and safety meetings and ensuring professionalism while at work.
Qualifications:
- Pruning experience
- G driver’s license
- Tree/Plant ID and native planting knowledge
- Enjoy working outside and performing physical tasks
- Knowledge on sustainable horticultural alternatives
