Hey there! We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Join our Quality Assurance team and help us to create Happier Lives Through Healthier Living!
We are proud to support well-being and help people achieve their goals for a healthier life.
Behind every product we make is a team of dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—building systems that are reliable and efficient.
Do you believe great quality isn't just about inspection — it's about protecting the food safety, integrity, and trust behind every product we make?
What are we looking for?
- A Sharp-Eyed Inspector: You stay close to the details — inspecting raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products, and verifying attributes like weight, appearance, packaging, labelling, and coding accuracy.
- A Hands-On Tester: You perform routine quality checks according to established procedures and specifications, and collect samples for physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as required.
- A Food Safety & Compliance Advocate: You monitor production processes, line checks, and blend checks to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards — verifying adherence to GMPs, sanitation procedures, allergen controls, and company policies across Food, NHP, Dietary Supplements, Organic, SQF, and Dairy requirements.
- A Vigilant Monitor: You conduct pre-operational and operational inspections of equipment, production, and warehouse areas, and identify and report quality or food safety deviations promptly.
- A Reliable Record-Keeper: You maintain testing logs, forms, checklists, and quality documents — completing inspection records accurately and in a timely manner, and recording non-conformances clearly.
- A Clear Communicator: You share findings with supervisors, coordinators, and production team members, and assist in investigations related to product quality issues and customer complaints.
- A Continuous Improvement Contributor: You support corrective and preventive actions, participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts, and help maintain a positive food safety and quality culture.
What You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, quality control, or food safety is preferred (1-2 years).
- Basic understanding of quality control tools.
- Ability to accurately complete documentation and records.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma; a diploma or certificate in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field is an asset.
If you are eager to make an impact, solve real-world quality challenges, and grow within a dynamic team—this is the opportunity for you!
Apply now and let’s ensure quality, compliance, and innovation go hand-in-hand at every stage of our production process!
