Compensation: $23–$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Position Summary
The Restaurant at Redstone is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This role is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations of the restaurant while supporting employee development, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Front of House Supervisor will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, maximizing guest satisfaction, supporting inventory management, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front-of-house operations with a focus on guest experience and hospitality excellence.
- Lead and support front-of-house team members during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold Redstone's service standards and operating procedures to maximize sales and control labour, food, beverage, and supply costs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and effectively.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Provide direction and support to team members regarding operational and procedural matters.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service execution.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, appearance standards, and proper uniform compliance.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational planning.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control as required.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Step into service roles as needed to support the team and ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership or hospitality supervisory experience.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Fine dining experience is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of wine and the Niagara wine industry is preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to remain calm, organized, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A desire to continuously develop hospitality expertise and service excellence.
