Artisan Bread Baker / Dough Specialist
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate bread baker to join an upcoming culinary concept currently in development. This opportunity is designed for an individual with a deep understanding of bread baking and fermentation — someone who values craftsmanship, precision, and the discipline required to produce exceptional products consistently.
This is not a pastry chef position. We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong experience and interest in artisan bread production, including sourdough, preferments, fermentation management, dough development, hydration control, proofing, and baking techniques. A strong understanding of how time, temperature, and process impact product quality is essential.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, driven by quality, and genuinely passionate about the craft of baking. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and is interested in growing within a serious long-term opportunity.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of sourdough and natural fermentation processes
- Experience with preferments, dough handling, shaping, and bread production
