Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers

Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software

Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers
- Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team

Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions
Qualifications:
- Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes

Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (bilingualism is required)*

Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States

Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs
