Masterpiece Southland Meadows is a fresh concept in senior living, an extraordinary approach concentrating on each Residents well being. Masterpiece is currently looking to add to their dedicated Recreation Team. We are currently recruiting for part time (.50 FTE) and casual positions.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Carries out established recreation and leisure programs.
- Works with the Recreational Coordinator to develop innovative recreation and leisure programs.
- Coordinates opportunities for residents to be as fully involved and independently responsible as possible.
- Assists, encourages and motivates residents to participate in programs.
- Implementing recreational activities for residents in a senior care facility per the department schedule.
- Assist portering residents in wheelchairs to and from activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents during recreational activities.
- Event/activity set up and clean up.
- Maintains appropriate documentation as per policy and procedures, confidentiality and security.
- Assist with off location Resident Activity outings.
Must provide a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check no more than 6 months old.
