We are a friendly, fast-growing law firm in North Vancouver with satellite offices in West Broadway, Burnaby, Surrey and Richmond looking for a full-time Accounts Administrator to join our great team.
We seek someone with a great attitude and solid number skills. While some bookkeeping experience is an asset, we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the role.
Account Administrator duties:
- You would create bills, mark them paid, send receipts, manage AR and AP and related tasks.
- You would create spreadsheets for executor accounting for estates.
- You would help with back-end office processes, helping our other assistants with office tasks where needed.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience working in a professional office environment (bookkeeping or accounts administration experience is an asset, but not required)
- Some post-secondary education
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A home in North Vancouver
- Strong work ethic
- Impeccable oral and written English skills
- Meticulous and Organized
- A second language (though not required)
- Excellent communication skills
