Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual lathes and boring mills safely.
- Machine precise flanges, fittings, and industrial pipe components.
- Measure parts using calipers accurately to maintain part tolerances
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation daily.
- Inspect finished products to ensure strict quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of manual machining experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with manual lathes. CNC lathe experience is an asset.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of threading, tapering, and heavy-wall piping.
- Pace: Ability to work efficiently under tight production deadlines.
- Safety: Proven track record of following strict PPE and safety protocols.
