What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, surgical centers, and OR teams
- Visit healthcare facilities and operating rooms in person
- Grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Own your territory like it’s your business
- Present innovative surgical products with confidence and professionalism
- Become the go-to resource for your clients and clinical partners
What You Bring
- 3+ years of medical device or surgical sales experience
- Experience selling directly to surgeons, OR teams, or hospital decision-makers
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Competitive mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Excellent organization and territory management abilities
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with brands like Medtronic, Stryker, Synthes, Ethicon, or similar
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room workflows
- Existing relationships within hospitals or surgical networks
- A reputation for exceeding quotas and growing accounts

Pay: From $190,000.00 per year
