Job Summary
Need 2 Receptionist for 2 locations, The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring patient records are up-to-date.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and office policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent patient experience.
- Proficient in administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
