Landscape Installation Crew Member
KHS Landscape Professionals is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Landscape Installation Team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and wants to build a career in landscaping. Experience is an asset—but not required. We’re committed to training the right people and developing our team to work the KHS way.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a team bringing outdoor spaces to life, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Hardscape Installation
- Assist with patios, walkways, and driveways (pavers, concrete, natural stone)
- Help build retaining walls, garden walls, and edging
- Support installation of outdoor features like pergolas and structures
- Prepare surfaces through grading, leveling, and compaction
Softscape Installation
- Plant trees, shrubs, and groundcover according to plans
- Prepare and amend soil, apply mulch
- Assist with irrigation installs
Site Work
- Help with excavation, grading, and general site prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Tools & Equipment
- Safely use a variety of tools and equipment (training provided)
- Assist with basic maintenance and care of equipment
Teamwork & Quality
- Work closely with Foremen and team members to complete projects
- Follow direction and take pride in doing quality work
- Be open to learning and improving your skills
