Job Summary
We are seeking a Tile Setter to join our company.
Warrior Contracting is a growing company that focuses on all types of remodelling and renovation projects.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a good foundation of construction experience, and tile setting experience, but is eager and willing to learn new things. We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, motivated, professional and respectful.
In this position, the main focus would be tiling projects. However, we would like someone who is willing to help with all aspects of a renovation, when needed.
*Required skills/experience:
-Minimum 2 years of tile setting
-substrate prep and installation
-Knowledge and installation of different waterproofing systems
-Basic floor/wall framing
-Access to vehicle for transporting tools and materials
-Ability to use power tools and hand tools for all types of construction.
*Additional skills considered an asset:
-Carpentry (finishing carpentry)
-Drywall installation (taping mudding etc.)
-Painting
-Flooring installation
-Knowledge of basic plumbing
-Knowledge of electrical, low voltage etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
