Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in facilities maintenance. If you are a problem solver with excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Must be able to install flooring and dry walling. Must be able to paint, sand and mud.
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment ( around property )
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing maintenance issues
- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating with other team members
- able to fold sheets and do laundry as well as aide and assist house keepers in daily tasks
Requirements:
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with electrical systems and controls
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Leadership qualities to guide and collaborate with team members
