Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a small team to bake early each morning, following carefully crafted recipes
- Read production schedules and recipes accurately
- Measure, mix, mould, and shape dough
- Fry doughnuts safely and confidently using commercial fryers
- Decorate and fill doughnuts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery
- Contribute to a positive team environment and great customer experience
Qualifications:
- Early risers — shifts may start as early as 3:00 AM
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude with strong organizational skills
- Takes pride in quality work and is proactive in finding tasks to complete
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and the success of the bakery
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery is an asset
- Related experience such as cake preparation or bread making will also be considered
Previous experience is a strong plus, but we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
