The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the leading language proficiency test for higher education and global migration. This position is responsible for the administration, organization, and smooth running of IELTS tests in accordance with IELTS rules and regulations in an environment that enables candidates to perform their best. The position is Full-time, part-time, Casual, as IELTS tests are delivered three Saturdays and occasionally on Sundays, starting at 7:00 AM. For this posting, weekday availability is also required for additional test-related tasks and operations. Candidates will need to be available for six to eight hours on these days.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Fair conduct of the IELTS Examination and monitor the Invigilation with other Invigilators.
- Ensure complete Set-up of Test Centre, including Headphones, Computers, Banners, Labels, other Administration work etc. .
- Do the Check-In, ID verification of the candidates through IAM systems, Distribution/ Collection of Question Booklets/ Answer Sheets.
- Follow the set Rules and Guidelines of British Council during the Test.
- Requirements for being an IELTS Test Day Supervisor:
- Past IELTS Examination Conduct Experience is a MUST.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Excellent Communication/ Customer Service Skills.
- Must be holding a University Degree in English/ Business/ Sciences/ IT etc.
- Must have a Car and a valid Driving License.
