Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and hot pot dining procedures to guests.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Work closely with kitchen and team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow all food safety and restaurant policies.
Requirements
- Flexible schedule and availability to work both day shifts and night shifts.
- Prior restaurant serving experience is required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
