POSITION PURPOSE SUMMARY:

Lead volunteers and help with daily food donation organizing, measuring, packaging, and distributing of food hampers .
CRITICAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Internal: Boundless Vancouver Mission Partners
External: External partners/social service agencies/donors.
MANAGERIAL/TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY :
Reports directly to the Program Coordinator – Food Services .
No direct reports to this role. May provide general supervision to volunteers or students .
May demonstrate work methods to new and current volunteers.
FINANCIAL AND MATERIALS MANAGEMENT:
The incumbent’s work environment is typically in the food storage area and kitchen.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $18.50 to $23.13 with a maximum of $27.76.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
