We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a cook. Duties
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
- Handle food with care, following proper food safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry and meal preparation processes will help in performing duties effectively
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction is desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $16.00-$27.00 per hour
