Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Line Cook. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with food presentation and plating to meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Support meal preparation during busy hours, including assembling ingredients and assisting chefs as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Restock supplies and ingredients as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced setting is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Pay: $18.25-$22.25 per hour
