Job Summary
We are a busy fluid hauling company serving the oil and gas industry in Northern BC and Alberta. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and we're looking for a highly detailed and organized Fleet Administrator to join our Safety Department.

Duties
- Maintain fleet files and vehicle documentation.
- Track and monitor inspections, permits, registrations, and licensing.
- Monitor Hours Of Service (HOS) and Electronic Logging Devices and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain up to date driver qualification files (including licenses and abstracts).
- Manage vehicle registration, insurance (including yearly fleet renewal), temporary insurance changes and permits.
- Maintaining truck binders in each unit.
- Schedule and follow up on preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, inspection and service records for all equipment.
- Assist with safety documentation and compliance records.
- Monitor and update fleet management databases.
- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and management regarding fleet requirements.
- Assist with onboarding fleet equipment and maintaining equipment records.
- Prepare reports and assist with audits as required.
- Support the Safety Department with administrative duties and special projects.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience (fleet, transportation, or safety experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Understanding and utilization of Microsoft Excel is a requirement.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in the trucking or oil and gas industry is considered an asset.
This role is being created to enhance our growing Safety Department. Duties may be added or changed slightly as the requirements of the position change and progress over time.
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
