As a Housekeeper, you'll play an essential behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional stays. Your attention to detail ensures every property is spotless, comfortable, and guest-ready, while helping identify maintenance concerns before they become issues.
Working closely with our Guest Services and Maintenance teams, you'll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where every day is different. Whether you're preparing a luxury condo for arriving skiers or refreshing a cozy backcountry cabin for the next adventure, your work directly contributes to the incredible experiences our guests remember.

Responsibilities
As a member of our Housekeeping team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every property is clean, comfortable, and ready for adventure.

Delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across our luxury vacation homes, condominiums, lodge, and backcountry cabins.

Working independently and collaboratively with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing your time to meet daily schedules.

Inspecting accommodations to ensure all furnishings, appliances, and amenities are clean, functional, and guest-ready.

Reporting maintenance concerns promptly to help keep our properties in excellent condition.

Monitoring housekeeping supplies and guest amenities, and communicating inventory needs.

Supporting a positive team culture by working respectfully, communicating effectively, and helping teammates succeed.

Performing a variety of housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, dishwashing, laundry, bed making, and other cleaning tasks as required.

Assisting with guest baggage when needed.

Supporting seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal and assisting with hot tub care.

Following all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and safe work practices.

Working a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on operational needs.
Qualifications
We're looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy staying active and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
Preferred qualifications include:

Ability to perform physically demanding work and remain active for up to 8-hour shifts.

Ability to safely lift and carry a minimum of 35 lbs (16 kg).

Class 5 license preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required.

Experience in hospitality, tourism, hostels, hotels, or vacation rentals is considered an asset.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

An intermediate skiing or snowboarding ability is considered an asset, particularly for servicing our on-mountain and backcountry properties.
