Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Maker / Installer to join our team. This role involves weeding, laminating, applying films and installing a variety of graphics and signage for commercial and residential clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, cleanliness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ability to time manage and handle tight deadlines. Duties
- Assemble and produce custom signs using various materials such as vinyl, lexan, aluminum composite and acrylic.
- Operate sign-making equipment including plotters, laminating/application table.
- Using power tools such as drills, skill saws and jig saws.
- Maintaining clean work spaces.
- Install signs safely on different surfaces including walls, vehicles and storefronts, adhering to safety standards.
- Remove old signage and prepare surfaces for new installations.
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand signage requirements and specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition through regular cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all signage meets company quality standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in sign making or related trades is preferred.
- Experience operating sign fabrication machinery is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to read work orders accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $16.68-$25.00 per hour
