We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our Prefab Team.
As a Press Brake Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating an Accurpress ETS3000 press brake to produce precision components used in agricultural, commercial, and industrial equipment.
Your responsibilities include:

Program, set up, and operate an Accurpress ETS3000 press brake

Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic machine maintenance

Produce accurate, high-quality parts that meet specifications

Transport steel and materials within the facility as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and quality standards

Work collaboratively with the production team and Shop Manager

Work overtime when required

Previous experience programming and operating a press brake

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to lift up to 45 lbs.

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

$26.00-$29.00 per hour, based on experience
