Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an AML & Regulatory Compliance Specialist. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, creating and implementing compliance policies, and performing quality assurance reviews. The role also involves analyzing complex regulations and providing clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver compliance solutions tailored to each organization. Supporting MSBs / PSPs in their day to day operational requirements such as onboarding and transaction reviews. Liaising with the regulator for any ongoing notification updates etc.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and excellent Analytical Skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Experience in Quality Assurance to maintain and improve compliance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is an advantage
