Experienced Painter
HydraClean Disaster Restoration Services is seeking 1-2 experienced Painters to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work and can work independently as well as part of a team.
This position involves residential and commercial painting projects associated with restoration, renovation, and reconstruction work throughout our service area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, scraping, caulking, priming, and masking.
- Apply paint, stains, and specialty coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects to a high standard of quality.
- Protect client property and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Perform minor drywall repairs and surface preparation as required.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and project managers.
- Assist with other reconstruction-related tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, products, and surface preparation methods.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
