The Pederson Group (TPG) is looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to their growing team!
The Pederson Group is a newly founded and growing recruitment firm that helps companies in the construction & engineering industry find the best talent. TPG conducts permanent search and recruitment projects from start to finish for all leadership roles within construction and engineering companies across Canada - ranging from supervisory to executive level positions.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be a key player in TPG’s success by sourcing and attracting top talent for TPG’s valued clients and by utilizing superior administrative skills to ensure successful delivery of all projects!

Responsibilities
- Complete research, sourcing, and outreach tasks to identify candidates that align with the specific position profile for each search assignment.
- Conduct pre-screen calls with potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit, as well as create detailed summaries relating to each interview.
- Present qualified candidates to upper management for further consideration and next steps.
- Communicate regularly with prospective and confirmed candidates on each search engagement.
- Prepare for, attend, and participate in search launch meetings, progress/status report meetings, and client shortlist presentations.
- Create project folders as well as official job descriptions for new recruitment projects.
- Impute recruitment project information along with client and candidate details into TPG’s internal
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Create job postings that will be used on various online job boards, social media platforms, and the TPG’s website.
- Attend construction-related/networking events as requested.
- Maintain a complete record of qualified candidates, interviews and new hires for each recruitment assignment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the construction and engineering industry is considered an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with upper management and clients.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated track record performing sourcing and recruitment-related tasks is required.
- Ability to be punctual, reliable, dependable, and conduct oneself appropriately in the office and at all corporate and external events.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
