Coach & Community Leader (Strength & Conditioning)
Surrey Athletics is looking for a high-energy, personable, and confident coach to join our team.
We are NOT just looking for someone with certifications and a fitness resume.
We’re looking for someone people naturally connect with — someone who can lead a room, bring energy to a class, build relationships with members, and create an atmosphere that people genuinely enjoy being part of.

Responsibilities
- Coaching group strength and conditioning classes
- Personal training
- Team and small group training
- Creating a positive and motivating environment
- Building strong relationships with members
- Helping foster a strong community culture

Qualifications
- Postsecondary education in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or a related field
- Personal Training Certification
- Valid First Aid / AED / CPR certification
- Experience coaching or training clients
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience writing strength and conditioning programs
- Experience teaching Olympic lifts and other advanced training movements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
