Shop Technician – Millwork & Closet Systems
Skyview is looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Technician to join our team.
Shop Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize millwork and melamine closet systems for installation.
- Build drawers and assemble closet components.
- Ensure all hardware and materials are complete and ready for installers.
- Load company vans accurately for daily installs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
Exterior Screen Installation:
- Install exterior screens on front doors, back doors, and patio doors.
- Assist with the installation of larger motorized exterior screen systems.
- Provide professional, high-quality workmanship while working on-site with customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with millwork, cabinetry, closets, or general carpentry is an asset.
- Experience with screen installation is an asset but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Comfortable using power tools and reading basic drawings.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to lift heavy materials.
- Valid driver's licence required.
