Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand Eurostyle Millwork’s presence in the commercial and residential construction industry. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting long-term company growth.
The ideal candidate is confident networking with contractors, designers, developers, architects, and industry professionals while understanding the value of quality craftsmanship and custom millwork solutions. This individual will work closely with estimating, project management, and leadership teams to help secure new projects and maintain strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial and residential construction markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, designers, and industry partners.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, trade shows, and client meetings to promote Eurostyle Millwork.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to support company growth goals.
- Generate leads, track opportunities, and manage sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with estimating and project management teams during the quoting and bidding process.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and project submissions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives and brand awareness efforts when needed.
- Represent the company professionally while promoting Eurostyle Millwork’s quality, craftsmanship, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or related roles within construction, millwork, cabinetry, or interior finishing industries.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction and millwork industry is considered a major asset.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop long-term client relationships.
- Experience working with contractors, designers, architects, or developers is preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to confidently present solutions and negotiate opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to attend meetings and site visits as required.
