Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Licensed Automotive Technician (310S) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems using hand tools, power tools, and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues
- Conduct full vehicle inspections
- Document repairs performed and parts used (we use a easy modern digital software system)
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- 310S Licensed, clean drivers abstract
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including electrical, HVAC, and engine diagnostics - training is accessible and offered
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts replacement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently unsupervised and as part of a team
- Have a friendly, positive, teachable personality - willing to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills
