We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including supervising staff and coordinating food preparation.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently delivered.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Support restaurant management in menu planning, recipe development, and presentation standards.
- Serve as a leader during service hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders and excellent customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and implement improvements as needed.

- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling.
