Responsibilities
- Install exterior cladding and rainscreen systems.
- Install fibre cement, aluminum composite panels (ACM), metal panels, wood-look aluminum, and other siding systems.
- Install weather barriers, strapping, flashings, trims, and accessories.
- Read shop drawings and architectural details.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and jobsite safety.
- Work efficiently as part of a professional installation team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cladding or siding installation experience.
- Experience with commercial or multi-family construction preferred.
- Knowledge of rainscreen assemblies and flashing details.
- Ability to read drawings and follow installation specifications.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Metro Vancouver.
- Valid driver’s licence is an asset.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following systems:
- Fibre cement (Hardie, Allura, etc.)
- Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM)
- Metal panel systems
- Longboard or other wood-grain aluminum systems
- Soffit and fascia installation
- Building envelope and rainscreen assemblies
